The Ho'omau Luau menu features a variety of delicious foods prepared by Mai Grille Restaurant, which was elected as Best Chef in 2018 by Best Chefs America. After the big luau feast, sit back and watch the exciting Polynesian luau show with music and dances from Tahiti, Samot, New Zealand and Hawaii. Enjoy an evening of island-style foods and entertainment!

• Chicken Laulau: Waipio Luau Leaf and Poi, Waimea Sweet Potato

• Kalua Big Island Pork: Big Island Pork wrapped in Ti Leaf and smoked overnight
